I have a Dell Sudio 1537 laptop that had 3g of ram and running win7 home premium. I changed out the 1g memory chip to a 4g memory chip for a total of 6g of ram. Solved Startup repair doesn't load
my teenage daughter has had a tantrum and slammed her laptop. When trying to start normally I get BSOD so tried startup repair both from the laptop and installation disk. It loads but just then stuck on a blueish windows screen. I'm guessing she has managed to actually damage the hardware but wondering if any other steps before attempting a fresh install of OS?

Solved Acer UEFI mode will not resume Hibernation
I recently replaced my computers hard drive due to the old one failing. How to extend partitions after System Image Restore?
My 8 yr old 160GB HDD was failing so I installed WD 1TB hardisk, old HD had 3 partitions C: (38GB) D: (55GB) E: (55GB) i created a system image of all 3 and restored them to WD 1TB now new partitions are of same sizes and i have got unallocated space of 799GB, how do i change C,D,E to 250GB?

Win7's non-destructive re-install
Hi guys.
I need to *urgently* make a non-destructive re-install on my 32bits Win7 Home Premium system.
I have the original DVD and license keys.
The DVD came without the SP-1, but later on it was added using the Windows Update.

System Reserved missing from performed recovery.
