I was given a very used toshiba satellite A505-s6980 (per what's on the back) the tags and stickers on the laptop say "win 7 home premium 64bit. But it's actually win 10. The hdd, says 500gb, but it's 160. Basically everything is not what it says.
I'm hoping someone can tell me how to revert this cluster#^$& BACK INTO Win 7.

Secure Boot Violation - All down hill after that

So yesterday I noticed my android phone simply couldn't connect to the PC via usb...simply wasn't recognised. I tried fixing it...installing/re-installing drivers...as a last ditch attempt I deleted the registry keys associated with it (anything to do with android HTC). Iv had enough of Win 10, I dont want to re-learn so much. Where do I get Win 7 disc? Iv seen things on Ebay but prices are from a few dollars to $100, I just want to make sure i get the right one, I did have 7 home premium 32, would like the pro version, and 64 bit if it is better but 32 HP was okay.

My computer was stuck in a start up repair loop so I'm now doing a repair install via usb but it keeps getting interrupted by a compatibility report saying "computer started using installation disc. Win7 32bit upgrade to 64bit on a new PC
Bought a used HP EliteDesk 800 G1 PC. It's a Quad Core i5 with 4 Gb of RAM. It presently has Win 7 32 bit. I was told it originally came from HP with Win 8. Not sure what version. Windows not recognising ssd when moved to optical drive caddy
I wish to move my ssd with Win 7 installed to an internal caddy fitted in an optical drive space.
I am using the same data cable, and the bay is powered.
On bootup Windows is not recognising the drive.
I tried using my installation disc to reinstall in the new location, but again the drive is not recognised.
Take it out of the caddy and it works fine.
Partition Magic recognises the drive...
