So, I was re-installing Win7 Ult.64, and I deleted the Primary partition just like I've done 100X's before with no problem, and I didn't touch the smaller System Partition at first. I changed the active partition to one without an OS!
I was trying to get my second hard drive working by setting the active partition using diskmgmt.msc , then malware bytes decied that it was SOOO important , and restarted the computer. I got a system repair disk, and tried bootrec /fixboot (nothing) and bootrec /rebuildbcd

What Is Causing This Error Msg?
I've been getting the error msg seen in my jpg attachment. I don't know if this failed Win7 update is part of the problem as well, but I can't get KB976932 Win7 Update to install either. I see a strange boot behavior: windows starts without displaying the normal command prompt, and without displaying the windows start icon. It means that the black screen switches directly to the login screen. No command prompts during the whole process.
