Locked out, corrupt profile?

Hi, I can not login into Windows. Message is: "The user profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded". All the solutions I have encountered so far assume that I have another adminstrative profile that I can log into and fix the problem but the corrupt profile is the only one I have. -- Safe mode and Normal mode, no difference.
