Substituting the unattend option of sysprep witch an file

Hi I have Windows 7 SP1 64-bit in Audit mode. During the passage between the Audit and OOBE mode with the sysprep /generalize /oobe /reboot /unattend:c:\Unattend.xml command, I can substitute the unattend option by putting the Unattend.xml file in the c:\windows\panther directory?
