Wont start-removing either drive from a dual drive system 0xce000000e

OK, so installed Win7ProX64 on a computer that had 2 blank harddrives in it, one on SATA1 and the other on SATA3. I also installed all the updates and software and activated it and transferred the data/pics/etc and setup email, etc. I only wanted 1 drive in the machine. The reason I didn't remove the harddrive before installing is I was tired and too lazy to do it right then that moment...
