UEFI Fresh Windows 7 Install Issues

I am trying to instal Windows 7 Ultimate on a 4T HDD using UEFI. My HDD is already GPT it had 3 partitions 1 set at 150g another set at 750g and the other set at 2xxxg. The 750g and the 2xxxg both have data stored on their partitions, so I don't want to delete them. So, I deleted the first parting that is 150g.
