I am Getting error
"Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The Selected disk has an MBR Partition table. On EFI systems, windows can only be installed to GPT."
I have search and found one link on HP, which says
Temporarily disable the EFI Boot Sources...

Migrating users from Windows.old with USMT after re-install
Hi all,
I had to reinstall Windows 7 Pro SP1 after moving the hard drive to a new computer where it wouldn't wake up.
I used MS' User State Migration Tool (USMT) with the expectation that I could migrate all the users from Windows.old to the current install. After reading the docs and a few failed attempts, I finally ended up with the following scanstate command:

Used machine without hard drive
I have a used Inspiron 1750 with a 1600 x 900 display that is not in my hands yet. I have a cloned hard drive from a 1750 with a 1900 x 1080 display. I am also sure that some other things will require different drivers.
The HD has 3 partitions on it -
1. Dell OEM Win7 x64.
2. Win8 retail.
3 Win7 that I downloaded and installed with the COA.

To prevent application access outside it's installation directory
Hello! :)
I need a little advise.
If I have some windows aplication that runs some periferial hardware scan - to check out folder content.
Can I prevent access and let application sit inside it's installation directory ?
Or I just have to prevent access to every important folder specifically ?
I mean - do I have to set all important folders access only to authorised users and admins ? ...

Safe to copy entire folder?
Is it safe and will work just fine to copy the entire user folder to a new installation?
We have a W7 installation with user Admin. Can I just copy the Admin folder in C:\Users\ to the same location on a fresh installation of Windows 7? The old was Ultimate while the new clean installation is Home Premium.

The 6.09gb partition contains the SWAP file for Ubuntu
The 17.07 partition contains Ubuntu itself
and the 121.9gb partition contains Windows 7

Computer does not startup
Okay, so I wrote a very long question with about 40 minutes of information but because of the stupid security on this website it logged me out when I clicked post... I am very upset now but anyways here is a short summary of my problem.

Upgraded Primary Hard Drive to SSD, but Windows still relying on HDD

Toshiba have provided me with a new hard drive as the old (3 month old) hard drive was corrupt. The new hard drive has no OES. I wasn't given a disc when I purchased the laptop and Toshiba are asking me for £30.00 for A Windows 7 download even though the laptop is still under warranty !!.
